For standard roles, we typically present a shortlist within 5–10 business days of receiving a confirmed brief. For urgent crewing requirements, we can often mobilise seafarers or offshore personnel within 48–72 hours from our pre-screened pool, depending on certification status.
Can Foss Services manage ongoing payroll for our workforce?
Yes. We offer a fully managed payroll service for clients who wish to outsource payroll processing, PAYE and SSNIT submissions. This can cover your entire permanent and contract workforce.
Is there a minimum contract size for employer engagements?
There is no minimum headcount. We work with clients ranging from single-vessel operators requesting one officer to large industrial employers sourcing teams of 50+. Each engagement is scoped and priced on its specific requirements.
