Who we are
Foss Services Limited ("Foss Services", "we", "us") is a recruitment and staffing firm registered in Ghana and based at Plot 4/MKT/AII, Shopping Centre Road, Community 4, Tema. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
Data we collect
We collect personal data when you:
- Submit a job application (name, email, phone, CV, cover note)
- Complete an employer enquiry (company details, contact information, service requirements)
- Send us a contact message (name, email, phone, message)
- Interact with our recruitment chatbot (name, contact, intent — if you choose to share these)
How we use your data
We use your data to: respond to your enquiry or application; match candidates to suitable vacancies; contact you about relevant opportunities; comply with our GMA licence obligations; and improve our services.
CV and application data
CVs uploaded through our website are stored on a private, access-controlled server. They are not web-accessible and are reviewed only by Foss Services staff and, where applicable, the specific employer client for whom a vacancy is advertised. CVs are retained for 12 months and then securely deleted unless you are placed in an active role.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share your data with a client employer in connection with a specific vacancy you have applied for. We will always obtain your consent before sharing your CV or personal details with any third party.
Your rights
Under applicable Ghanaian data protection legislation and the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a guide), you have the right to: access, correct or delete your personal data; object to processing; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@fossservices.net.
