Foss Services is placing a Catering Supervisor with an industrial catering client in Tema. The role manages daily meal service for a 400-person industrial site, covering all kitchen operations, hygiene compliance and staff scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily meal preparation for the client site
- Ensure full compliance with Ghana Food Safety Authority standards
- Control food costs, oversee stock and reduce wastage
- Train and appraise catering staff; manage rosters
Requirements
- HND or degree in Catering & Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in institutional/industrial catering
- Current Food Handler's Certificate (Ghana FDA)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety principles
