Foss Services is recruiting Facility Cleaners on behalf of an industrial client in the Tema Free Zone. The team will carry out daily janitorial duties, deep-cleaning and specialised floor care across a large production facility.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, production floors and welfare areas
- Operate industrial floor-scrubbing and vacuum equipment
- Manage waste segregation and disposal per environmental policy
- Report maintenance issues and restock cleaning supplies
Requirements
- Minimum BECE or equivalent
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Physical fitness for industrial environment
- Ability to work shift hours including early mornings
