Foss Services is placing an HR Business Partner with a multinational client in Accra. The role is a strategic generalist position embedded within a business division to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with line managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Lead employee relations cases, grievances and disciplinary hearings
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and succession planning
- Maintain HR metrics and provide monthly reporting to management
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience, preferably in multi-sector environments
- Knowledge of Ghana Labour Act (Act 651) and employment regulations
- Professional membership: IHRMP Ghana or CIPD equivalent
