An upstream operator at the TEN field requires a Safety Officer to enforce HSE standards on the FPSO, conduct toolbox talks, investigate incidents and maintain the permit-to-work system.
Key responsibilities
- Issue and monitor PTW permits across all work sites on the FPSO
- Conduct daily HSE inspections, audits and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; track corrective actions
- Maintain HSE statistics and prepare weekly reporting for the client
Requirements
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent
- BOSIET / FOET (current)
- Minimum 4 years offshore HSE experience on an FPSO or production platform
- Proficiency with incident investigation methodologies (ICAM, 5-Why)
