We are pleased to confirm that Foss Services Limited has completed the Ghana Maritime Authority's (GMA) 2026 certification renewal process. Our licence as an approved seafarer recruitment and placement agency remains in good standing, enabling us to continue placing maritime professionals on domestic and internationally flagged vessels.
The certification renewal involved a full audit of our recruitment processes, contract documentation, placement records and seafarer welfare procedures — all of which were found to be in compliance with the MLC 2006 requirements incorporated into Ghana's Merchant Shipping Act, 2003 (Act 645).
