Foss Services Limited has seen a notable uptick in enquiries for roles including port operations supervisors, marine pilots, cargo surveyors and logistics coordinators — positions that sit at the intersection of our maritime and HR recruitment capabilities.
The expansion, which will eventually treble Tema Port's container handling capacity, requires an estimated 3,000 direct jobs at peak construction and 1,200+ permanent operational roles once complete.
